The low voltage rubber splicing tape is made from unvulcanized rubber that will quickly bond to itself to form a solid, watertight protection. Can be used as the primary insulation for electrical wires and cable splices up to 600 volts. Meets requirements of ASTM-D119 and HHI-553C.
